Description

A rich and creamy birthday cake protein shake made with vanilla ice cream, cake batter extract, and topped with sprinkles. Tastes like dessert, fuels like a shake.

Ingredients

Scale

¼ cup vanilla or cake pop protein powder (31g)

¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (180g)

200g ice cubes

3 tbsp vanilla ice cream (45g)

1 tsp cake batter extract

¼ tsp xanthan gum

to ¼ tsp liquid stevia, to taste

1 tsp rainbow sprinkles (plus more for topping)

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients except sprinkles to a high-powered blender.

2. Blend for 10 seconds to start, then run a full blend cycle until smooth and thick.

3. Taste and adjust sweetness, texture, or ice as needed.

4. Pour into a glass or bowl and top with sprinkles.

5. Stir in sprinkles at the end if preferred for added texture.

Notes

Use a blender powerful enough to crush ice—like a Ninja or Vitamix.

For a dairy-free version, use plant-based ice cream and milk.

Customize with fun toppings like crushed cereal, coconut, or nut butter.
